Managing Partner

Thomas Herlong serves as Managing Partner for The Herlong & Doran Financial Group which specializes in providing investment advice for business owners and clients planning retirement. Thomas learned the meaning of team work and discipline from the family farm and that ethic transcends to the values that he shares for his family, his clients and his community.

He is among a small group of financial advisors who have been trained to use the Financial EKG process which follows proven steps to develop a customized plan that is designed to meet the needs and objectives of his clients. This process targets the actions needed to address the importance of proper asset allocation and finding the balance between pre-tax and post-tax allocation strategies.

Personal background: Thomas has been working as a financial advisor since 1993. He grew up on the family farm in Johnston and graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in 1993. He still lives on the family farm with his wife, Jane, who is a former Miss SC and works as a professional speaker. They have two children, Holmes and Caroline. Thomas holds advanced professional designations as a Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant and Certified Long Term Care. He serves on the executive committee for The Piedmont Technical College Foundation Board and also serves on the SC Fellowship of Christian Athletes Foundation Board.

In addition, he is Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table1, member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Professionals, and member of Harmony United Methodist Church. Thomas has a passion for providing value to his family, his friends and his clients. Helping his clients manage risks and provide financial security for themselves and their families is one of the most satisfying accomplishments achieved.

Andrew is a Partner with The Herlong & Doran Financial Group, LLC, which provides financial planning advice through Eagle Strategies LLC, for affluent individuals, executives, and business owners. He began his career with New York Life in 2010 after graduating from the University of South Carolina at Aiken. Andrew graduated with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Business. He has continued his education since becoming a NYL agent. Andrew has successfully taken and passed the FINRA Series 6,63,66, and 7 exams.

Andrew was named New Org Agent of the Year for the Charlotte General Office for 2013. He is a consistent Council Qualifier which is reserved for the top agents in the company. He is also a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table1. * Andrew is proudly a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Professionals. In September of 2013 Andrew partnered with long time successful agent, Thomas Herlong, in forming the Herlong & Doran Financial Group, LLC.

Andrew has a strong passion for helping people achieve financial independence. Andrew is always pushing himself to become a more knowledgeable advisor to further help his clients. Bringing value to his clients is Andrew's only priority.

Andrew's greatest achievement is marrying the love of his life Joanne in July of 2012. They love living in Aiken, SC and have now settled in Woodside Plantation.

Maggie is a hard worker who really believes in our company and our clients. Anytime you call with any question or concerns on new accounts or existing accounts she will always greet you on the phone with a smile.

Maggie is married to Mark Rosier and they have three children Connor, Collins and Camden. Her and her beautiful family of 5 reside in Johnston, SC. In Maggie’s efforts to better this company and herself, she will be graduating from USC Aiken this year with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
